After a very powerful and transformative session of Reiki with Jeff, I felt a spiritual pull towards wanting to learn the wisdom of Reiki with the intention of healing myself and holding space for others to heal themselves.

I completed my first 2 Attunements with Kathy, and am looking forward to continuing this life-long journey of learning energy medicine.

I have always had a passion for helping others, I have  spent the last 8 years working as an interventionist with children k-12, working to guide students to be the best versions of themselves. When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors. I’ve always felt a deep connection with nature, plants, and the earth. My heart is most happy when I'm hiking, skiing, surfing, flying or anything with parachutes.
